No your Webkinz cannot die but it can get sick if it's unhealthy. If it's sick, you will need to take it to Dr. Quack and buy some medicine to keep your pet healthy again. I have asked this question before to the Ganz company and they said your Webkinz cannot die. Some people have said about neopets killing all their Webkinz but I don't really believe this story because the Ganz company have said Webkinz pets cannot die.
