By "sick" you must mean, "graphic," But it actually isn't, compared to Black ops or World at World. The only thing graphic in Modern warefare 2 is the mission "No Russian," But you can skip the level if you want to. I'm improving the question to "Is mw2 graphic?" Because "Too sick" Doesn't make any sense.
