Yes, it's a scam. They offer to get you a ton of grants, and all you have to do is send them a lot of your money first! It's an "advance fee" scam. You send in $1,000 or $2,000 or even more, and they never get you a grant, nor refund your money.
There are numerous complaints about this company.
