when you have rubbing alcohol with 91% more alcohol, distilled white vinegar, and water the distilled white vinegar wins for some reason but I'm guessing if acetone removes permanent marker then get an acetone nail polish remover and try that and vinegar an alcohol.
I'm usually using nail polish remover or clear alcohol (vodka). Nail polish remover is more efficient but one has to be caferul, because it can remove color as bleach. It is good to check it first.

You might think that nail varnish has alcohol in it because it doesn't taste nice. It DOESN'T have alcohol in it. Sometimes, nail polish remover has alcohol in it. And there's ya answer! Ask again!
