Yes. Geo is a branch of Chevy but they also have alot of the Toyota parts on them. The Toyota corolla and the Toyota celica st have the same motor as the geo. More than likely it is the 4AFE 1.6L 1587cc only about 115 horsepower.

The Chevy/Geo Prizm, was made by Toyota, I believe. All of the geo's were made by either Toyota, as GM were partners with them in the Roseville, California plant, I believe, or by Suzuki, which I know was the case with the Tracker, and the Metro. I think the Corolla, maybe the Toyota version, in which case everything is the same. Call your local Toyota dealer parts department. They will be able to tell you for sure.

eBay offers a 454 Chevy Engine Rebuild Kit. It costs $379. It has all the necessary parts to rebuilt one's own engine. The engine was used in the 1970 Chevy Corvette LS5.
I believe they are all Toyota, base off the Corolla, just rebadged as a Geo, then Chevy. Reanswered by b_radical2006: a geo prizm is the same thing as a Toyota corolla the only difference is the name and a few down grades from a corolla like interior and engine power and the bumpers.
