In my honest opinion GRID is a far superior game. GRID is a little shallow in presentation, however the intro to the game and the cutscene at the start of career mode were quite brilliant, and you can play through the career mode rather quickly, but it shines like a grand diamond when it comes to gameplay and the sheer numbers of racing disciplines you can compete in. Undercover on the other hand is nothing more than a dumbed down version of Most Wanted with newer cars and a different city, although the cops in Undercover are much more intellegent.

it depends on whether you mean top speed or around a track. for top speed its the Audi R10 TDI with 260MPH. For track use its the Mazda 787B as it has better acceleration and grip because its lighter.

yes.
Subjective, but it depends on your tastes. On Metacritic.com, GRID has an 87 while Midnight Club has an 81. I prefer GRID.
Cloud computing is better then normal grid computing as its cheaper to buy, use and maintain. Cloud computing can offer web hosting also which grid computing can not.
