Libraries don't have a lot of money. Usually, except for really popular books, libraries have to wait until somebody donates the book. It's probably too new and too uncommon to be there yet.

Not to the public yet. I believe the release date is May 19, 2009. Kinda far, but let's hope it is worth it! Though Barnes and noble booksellers did release it early on may 4th, Iam currently reading it.
