Graceland is receiving a $137 million upgrade, and a $45 million entertainment complex. There is also a $92 million hotel, The Guest House at Graceland, going in. The hotel will have 450 rooms, and is set to open in autumn of 2016. When it is completed, the Heartbreak Hotel is set to be demolished. The rest of the complex should open in spring of 2017. It will be across the street from the museum, and will replace the existing complex. The existing display of vehicles will be moved into the new complex.
