Obesity is an issue in the United States. This is primarily because of the lack of exercise as well as high calorie intake. (Fast food, high calorie foods at home, school lunches, etc)
Is There a Solution?
There is a solution but it isn't easy to promote it to all the people. Promoting healthy eating and exercise, regulating calories in food, making sure calories are visible on menus, and putting up school standards for exercise and lunches will help with the obesity issue.
