There are many different places to purchase origami holiday decorations. You may first try looking at hobby or craft stores and then at major chain retailers.
I don't believe there is a formal rank of origami master. It is a term applied to anyone who is very skilled at the craft. You can start with simple origami pieces and work your way up until you become more advanced. Practice makes perfect.
