Outer space is NOT a good conductor because their is no matter in space. Good conductors hold heat well and since their is no matter in space, it cannot be a good conductor. Space has to be a good insulator because it can't hold heat.
Outer space is not material one. So heat cannot be transfered either by conduction or by convection mode. Only radiation is possible. Thereby space is not at all a condutor of heat energy.
poor cundoctor
It is a outer planet.
the outter core
Noble gases all have 8 electrons in their outter most energy level. when an atom has 8 electrons in it's outtermost layer, then its more stable
Depends on what element you are talking about.
The Outter Planets
Valence electrons
The outter core is liquid.
i think no because they dont have thick outter layers!

the inner planets are closer to other thingsbut outter plannets are not
outter solids because the outter has more power
There is the mantle, inner mantle, crust, inner and outter, and also there is a inner and outter core.
outter space
The third layer of earth
