Generally, only the top oxidizes. As long as the guacamole is fresh, you can just skim off the top. It wouldn't hurt to mix in a few drops of lemon juice to prevent more browning.

Guacamole is an avocado-based dip which originated in Mexico. It is traditionally made by mashing ripe avocados with a molcajete (pestle and mortar) with salt. Some recipes call for tomato, onion, garlic, lime juice or lemon juice, and/or seasonings.
I do not know of any ingredients commonly used in guacamole that would make it unsafe to eat during pregnancy. Avacados are actually very nutritious, and would be a great thing to eat for you and your baby! Enjoy!
