No. There is no empirical evidence to confirm the truth of palmistry or horoscopes, and if anything there is systematic evidence against it. To call it a pseudoscience would be an affront to real pseudosciences like cryptozoology. :smirk:
I personally have found it to be quite accurate. I do however recommend you find a reliable, experienced palmist. Much as it is a "fun" thing to do, the art take years of study to become accurate with.
