Panic! at the Disco is not broken up. Ryan Ross and Jon Walker left the band to create their own called "The Young Veins" [http://www.myspace.com/theyoungveins]. They left the band due to "creative differences" between the other two members, Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith.

You can't buy a 'Panic! at the Disco costume' you'll have to make one yourself (like veryone else does). In all eras the guys just put different clothes and make up together.
Panic! At the Disco split up due to creative differences. Jon Walker and Ryan Ross have formed The Young Veins which produces music similar to the Beatles, and the remaining Panic! members are continuing the band.
Brendon Urie, Ryan Ross, Jon Walker, and Spencer Smith were the original members of the band, Panic at the Disco. Eventually, the band split up, leaving Urie and Smith as the only members of Panic at the Disco.
No, the members are Brendon Urie (lead singer), Ryan Ross (guitar and back-up vocals), Spencer Smith (drums) and Jon Walker (bassist). Daniel Isaac is the groom in the music video for the Panic! at the Disco song 'I Write Sins Not Tragedies'.
