Yes. Anything paranormal, UFO, cryptid, etc is considered ''pseudoscience''.
At least that is the opinon of some people.
However at least in terms of effects by the environment upon the mind and vice versa, the answer is not so clear. Parapsycholgy research has demonstrated that abilities to know the past, future and present whether locally or at a distance are indeed quite real. And similar research has also demonstrated that living people can in fact affect their environments is unexplained ways, which may be the basis of so-called 'poltergeist' phenomena.
So the answer is not so cut and dried. But then, absolutes are rarely correct.
