pasta with butter is unhealthy for many reasons... FIRST, pasta has no food value and just turns into natural sugar inside your body.SECOND, the butter is actually the healthiest thing in that meal. So i think you should stick to eating pasta with meat sauce so it will have at least a LITTLE food value.
