Yes, Phosphorus (symbol P) is a non metallic element which comes in two allotropes White Phosphorus and Red Phosphorus. Both are solids at normal room temperature and pressure. The only two naturally occurring elements which are liquids at normal room temperature and pressure are Bromine (Br) and Mercury (Hg).
