this is a badly worded question. By pure do you mean "formed of one type of molecule"? And what do you mean by plastic? there are many different types. some have multiple types of hydrocarbon chains, some have a single type of molecule. Also nothing is 100% without contamination so there will always be some "impurities" in a sheet of plastic.
