If you have your save backed up on a Pokesav, you could be able to recover it back to your game, but if it was corrupted and deleted, it cannot be recovered if a Pokesav wasn't used. You would have to start a new game.

Save the created Pokemon code to a file first, then go to your action replay code manager and click and drag it to your Pokemon game. Then turn on your DS with the action replay and Pokemon plugged in, and select the code. when your game turns on, push L+R and the Pokemon should appear in your box or party. If it doesn't, you screwed the code up on Pokesav.
