Neither is good for anyone! Yes, juice is better for kids than soda, but even though the bottle of juice may say "100% Natural" or some other stuff like that there is still most likely sugar added. Milk and water are still the best, although by now you are probably tired of hearing that. It is still ok for your kids (or you, idk how old you are) to have juice occasionally. At our house we never have juice or pop. Did you know that you can exercise and eat healthy and stuff but GAIN weight if you like drink a can of soda a day?
its between tea milk and tomato juice
pop...water...juice...and milk
lemon juice
Typically theres a useful 'tag' on the side of the bottle that says "Nutrition Facts". Assuming youre talking about 100% juice, orange juice is considerably better for you despite calories even if they were higher than pop. Any carbonated beverage will be bad for you and although juice is high in sugars, athough natural fruit sugars compared to the sugars in pop. They both have a handful of carbs, but unlike the pop's "insta-fat" carbs, the juices carbs will be stored in the liver as starch for use as energy. The carbs in pop would need to be used instantly. So, to answer your question, no they dont have the same amount of calories. But, if they did, orange juice would still be considerably better for you.
Pop is better i dont care about your worthless opinions.
its juice
Because they are typically sturdier in construction, the sun umbrella is better than the pop up canopy.
Juice if it's non acidic. The citrus ones are usually artificially flavored. Soda eats your enamel just like real citrus fruits.
Power Pop
The mini pop kids are a group of children singers, basically the kids bop kids.
That's purely a matter of taste. i think r&b is better! but pop is also kinda good
