It shrunk my uterus faster but i started losing weight after i stopped breastfeeding because when your breastfeeding, your body holds calories to feed your baby. Everyone is different though. I got back down to my normal weight a couple of months ago but i had a pooch of stretched skin still. I started doing crutches and situps and i lost the pooch. That's the best thing to do, especially with some cardio.
