Ptu is preffered in terms that is govt state university but lpu is a good private university to give a better education other than universities interms of campus, facility, quality of education......

Yes migration is possible and you must have cleared d 1yr. and you must cleared all previous subjects(No supply).Then only you can migrate after 1st year . Another problem is of NOC(no objection certificate) which is not easily got. Another option is to migrate university like from ptu to LPU . Then LPU will conduct a mapping of your courses decided by panel. If no problem is there you will migrated that's it.
