the Punisher was chosen to be into playable or unlockable chars roster, but Marvel (or Activision) thought he's too violent and cruel to be into a teenager game, so they deleted him; oddly, when you install the PC game version, the directory actors contains an ''81_punisher_bot.igb'' file; it's the only trace of his existence. nobody knows why it wasn't destroyed: maybe a last minute distraction.
