Target stores do not carry the official Rainbow Loom, which is available at Amazon online and on the Rainbow Loom website (link below,) as well as at Michael's Crafts and the Learning Express toy stores. Target carries the Cra-Z-Loom, which is a similar rubber band loom toy. The biggest difference is that the Cra-Z-Loom cannot be changed into various configurations as can the Rainbow Loom.

The CVS website search does not show any type of rubber band loom. The only rubber bands listed are those found in school supplies or in hair accessories. (Note that local stores might stock more products than appear on the website.) The genuine Rainbow Loom and Rainbow Loom products are only available at Michael's Craft Stores and Learning Express Toy Stores. They can be found online on the official Rainbow Loom website and at Amazon.com.

It depends on where you live. I live in New Zealand and here, you can get it from Warehouse, Kmart, Farmers, Spotlight and other craft stores. In USA, you can get it from Michael's, Target, Walmart and other places. I'm not sure where you live, but I hope you live in one of those two countries!
