yes it is Many have used religion as a way to gain and keep power and control over people. However, to most people, religion is an important part of their spiritual lives that gives them moral direction and hope.

∙ 12y agoBecause people believe that there is someone to control in your 'Faith'. Which is completley untrue. So people that are part of that religon use it as an excuse to make some a 'Better' Person. Then these people think that their god is real and does no wrong. Yet he (Or she) Is letting all the bad in this world happen.
I think 'God' Is just something people use to secure there fears from reality.
