Rochville University is an accredited online university and perhaps that is why it is still open. There is so much confusion among people regarding accreditation and legalization of colleges. Firstly, accreditation is not mandatory, it is a volunteer peer review system. In the United States federal or local governments do not issue licenses to educational institutes to operate inside or outside United States.

I don't think it is fake. I have heard a few institutes questioning its accreditation but then students are running after it like crazy. I cannot assume all of them to be idiots. I am from one of the very best schools in New York, my friends, who completed their High School with me, had to work along with education. They didn't find a better option than Rochville. On my friend's request, I also approached them but then I had some other options open to begin graduation in my local vicinity. BBB is a business bureau and I personally feel it cannot regard a university's accreditation in any sense.
