Yes, it works on Windows 7 64 bit, although the official site says that no support will be provided for it yet. I have tested version 1.3.5 and it works perfectly. Minimizing does not work because of 32-bit only hooking, which is the same application range as GDI++ on 64-bit systems allows. Other minimized windows like Explorer just won't let through and end up in the taskbar instead.
Yes there is

Yes, it is.
no it can't
Yes it is - I have it on my computer.
Yes Versions after 7.4 are compatible with the 32-bit version of Windows Vista. No version is compatible with the 64-bit version. Version 9.0 (the latest one) now requires Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit) and will not run on Windows Vista.
how can i upgrade my 1997 version 32 bit creatacard to 64 bit window 7
Yes, there is. Even more most of installed on new computer OSes are x64.
32 bit drivers are not compatible with an 64 bit operating system and you cannot connvert them into 64 bit. Consult your hardware manufacturers website for appropriate drivers.
yes it is i believe it is only 64 bit download now
Yes, and given the lack of 64 bit software support, probably better, and you can use unsigned drivers.
Windows 8 has very similar system requirements to it's predecessor, Windows 7. Windows 8 requires a 1ghz processor, 1gb (32 bit) 2gb (64 bit) of RAM, 16gb (32 bit) 20gb (64 bit) of hard disk space, and a Microsoft Direct-X 9 compatible graphics card.
