Yes. She isn't in Sailor Moon much but she is still in it! :)
In episode 125, season 3: "Darkness, My Old Friend" / "A Bright Shooting Star! Saturn, and the Messiah"
In episode 112, Chibiusa meets a strange girl named Hotaru Tomoe. This is her first real appearance, however, you do not see Sailor Saturn at all, just her civilain form as Hotaru. In episode 119, it is revealed that Hotaru is Sailor Saturn, the senshi of death and rebirth, and silence. But still, we do not see Sailor Saturn herself yet. We just know by now that she exists and Hotaru is her as well as the Messiah of Silence. In episode 125, Mistress Nine (The Messiah of Silence, and also Hotaru) calls upon Pharaoh 90 using the Sacred Cup. Then, just before the world is about to be destroyed, Hotaru breaks free. The black star symbol of the Death Busters on Mistress Nine's forehead is shattered, replaced by the glow of Saturn's symbol. With Mistress Nine destroyed, we finally get to see Sailor Saturn in her true form. But she ends up sacrificing her life to stop Pharaoh Ninety, and is reborn as a baby. This is the first, and last, time we see Sailor Saturn in the S season. Those three episodes coud all be marked as Sailor Saturn's first appearance. However, in episode 168, Hotaru is reawakened as Sailor Saturn. We see the original Sailor Saturn as Hotaru is once again awakened and given her memories... then, later in the episode, Super Sailor Saturn makes her first appearance with the other Super Sailors Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. If I gave a little too much information, I apologize. But I marked the milestones of Hotaru's first appearance, when it is discovered that she is Sailor Saturn, her first appearance as Sailor Saturn, and her first appearance as Super Sailor Saturn. ^^ Hope this helps you.

As Sailor Saturn, Hotaru Tomei can destroy a planet . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hotaru Tomoe (not Tomei, just a heads-up), as Sailor Saturn, possesses the power of death and rebirth. Her two main titles are the soldier of silence or the soldier of death and rebirth. And yes, Sailor Saturn has the power to destroy an entire planet by simply lowering her Silence Glaive. However, the powers of death is a double-edged sword; if she uses all of her power, she dies as well.
Sailor Saturn's boyfriend is named Hotaru Tomoe, who is also known as Sailor Saturn herself. In the "Sailor Moon" series, she is depicted as a powerful and mysterious character with a deep connection to the themes of life and death. However, her romantic relationships are not a central focus in the series, and her character primarily revolves around her duties as a Sailor Guardian.
Hotaru does not get a henshin in the anime.
Yes there is a Sailor Saturn. Her name is Hotaru Tomoe. She only shows up in a couple episodes as Sailor Saturn but Hotaru was also possessed by Mistress 9 during the "Sailor Moon S" season. Sailor Saturn is also known as the Soldier of Destruction because she has the power to destroy worlds. In the anime, she does not have a cybernetic body and is an outcast because of her powers and seizures. Her mother is deceased. Her father does not die like in the manga, but lives after the end of Super. Hotaru's age fluctuates during the series; she is first introduced as a 13 year old, is reborn as an infant, quickly develops into a young child, then grows up to be a little older like somewhere around the age of 14 or 15. ^^ She is also Rini's best friend and Rini watches her after she is reborn.
No. Mistress 9 inhabited Hotaru Tomoe's body after Hotaru's father, Professor Tomoe, created an experimental space which led to an explosion in his lab. The explosion killed Hotaru (in the anime; it severely injured her in the manga, with Tomoe turning her into a cyborg and giving her the Taioron Crystal to help with her chronic pain), but the daimon that came through the space (from the Tau System), Germatoid, offered to bring Hotaru back to life if the daimon could inhabit Tomoe, while Mistress 9 took over Hotaru. In the manga, Tomoe himself implanted Hotaru with a daimon egg that he received. While Professor Tomoe's personality was drastically altered, Hotaru seemed unchanged, except for her frailty, random seizures, and ability to heal. While some of these abilities may have been related to Mistress 9's presence in her body, they could equally be attributed to the fact that Hotaru was born a Sailor Senshi, and was simply never awakened prior to her first "death," with Mistress 9's presence distorting the existing powers Hotaru should have had access to as a Sailor Senshi, albeit one that is normally only awakened in extreme dire circumstances. Because Mistress 9 was an entity from another system, she never could have served as Sailor Saturn, one of the Sailor Senshi from our solar system, and the Soldier of Ruin and Birth, or the Soldier of the Silence. However, she did serve as the "Messiah of Silence," while Sailor Moon served as "The Messiah," Mistress 9's counterpart that would prevent the Silence.
