There been a lot of Speculation but it might be to soon to tell.We have never seen Sakura Parents only know of her mom off camera as a voice ,But lot of people have started wondering if Tsunade is not really just her Master but might be her real Mother. If so who is her real father? Tsunade was once very close to Orochimaru and it would of took a really shamfull thing to make her give up her child.And the time she left villaige and Sakura birth and Orochimaru turning mass murdering outlaw would be right. Add to that Orochimaru has no Children and that secret parents and the next generation are a theme in the show... We will have to wait and see. But it would give Sakura both a long overdue Power up and back story. One thing was made clear Sakura Might not be in Naruto or Sasuke weight class but she far more powerful to have a normal back ground and those 3 man teams are not random Naruto is the 9 tail beast and son of the forth ,Sasuke last of his powerful clan but why did the Village put Sakura with them? What did they know of her background to make them think she was in there future weight class? Last but not least The Writers have shown everyone else back ground and parents but Sakura. And they have shown that Orochimaru was once when he was sane a good man and Nobel Hero but with a sort double personality a darkside that they made clear for years Sakura also suffers from Double Personality or inner dark Sakura.
