Is salad a real food?
That depends on what you mean by "real food". It is real in that it does exist and it is food in that you can eat it and extract nutrients without illl effects.
Some do not consider it "real" in terms of being satisfying.
Salad is a Healthy food because of many reasons. One way it is good for you is for its nutrient value for you, by adding different vegetable and even fruit, salad can give you many of the daily nutrients that you need. Salad also helps you get full faster so overeating can be avoided if you start your meal with a healthy salad.
Good question, but sorry Tunisia has not a national food, however it is known for Couscous which exists in 23 versions depending on the state :) there are some famous Tunisian foods which are Couscous "KosKsi", Fatma's fingers :) it's just a name they are not real fingers and fatma is a proper name, and Mother Hooria Salad :) a spicy salad made with coocked carrots.
