Is saline spray good for piercings. i was told by my piercer that it dries the piercing?

Since saline dries things out, I would imagine that your piercer is correct. Saline (salt solution) absorbs moisture.

you shouldn't use alcohol to clean any piercings. You can use alcohol to disinfect your jewelry but not the piercing itself. It dries it out.
Can you put peroxide on a belly button piercing?
No, when I got my belly button pierced my piercer told me specifically not to use peroxide or alcohol on the piercing. If peroxide or alcohol gets on it, it'll be fine but it dries out your skin which isn't good for healing or cleaning. Use soapy warm water and a sea salt water mixture to throughly clean your piercing, that's what I used, as I was following my piercer's instructions. I've had my piercing for almost 7 months and I've never had a problem with it.

First off NEVER EVER take the piercing out. The infection can get trapped in your body part that is pierced. If you did it professionaly then go back to the piercer then he/she will take care of it. If you did it by yourself then you can still got to a professional piercer for help or you can just clean it with anti-bacterial soap and warm water. Peroxide, Alcohol and Bactine are very drying to your piercing and the surrounding skin, and will just make the problem worse. Neosporin dries inside your piercing and clogs it, causing a flare up. Regardless of what people may say, the only thing that will fully cure an infected piercing are antibiotics. Other products may mask the symptoms, leading you to believe the infection is gone, but in all reality it isnt. If you think your piercing is infected, see your doctor for antibiotics.

NEVER use rubbing alcohol or peroxide, it dries out your piercing and destroys the healing tissue. I'd suggest either spraying it with Bactine or another antibacterial spray or cleaning it with sea salts (Epsom salt) and water. Your best bet is to ask you piercer what they recommend because every shop has different cleaning tactics :)
Is it normal for a snug piercing to make a bubble at the back of the ear?
It doesn't happen with every piercing but it's pretty common with cartilage piercings. Unless you have a history of keloids, its probably hypertrophic scarring. I cant be sure since I cant see it, so its a good idea to have your piercer look at it. Make sure that your jewlery isn't too short/tight. Also, be really careful with the piercing and avoid hitting it or playing with it. To get rid of the scarring, try applying tea tree oil to the bubble. You can find it at a drugstore or target/walmart. Dip a qtip in it, then apply it to the bubble. Don't actually put it in the piercing. do that 1-2 times a day until the bump goes away. The oil dries it up, so it'll flake off in layers. Continue to do your sea salt soaks as well. Tea tree oil is really drying so if it makes the area really itchy and dry, cut back on applications. You can also use vitamin E oil to moisturize the area if it gets dry and uncomfortable. Hope this helps :)
How should you care for your ears after getting them pierced?
Soak your piercings in a sea salt and warm water solution. I put a pinch of sea salt into a shot glass of water and use a cotton ball to soak my tragus piercing. Do this at least once a day. I do it twice daily but if that dries out your piercing only do it once. Also, using more sea salt doesn't make the soak better. Its actually worse because the salt will dry out your ears. You can also use a gentle soap while in the shower but not Dial. Dry your piercing with a paper towel instead of a cloth towel to prevent it from snagging and because the cloth isn't as clean and may leave fibers behind.
