Sara Lee, as in the food brand, is named after the daughter of one of the manufacturers (Charles Lubin). The daughter has never actually been part of the business, it is simply her name which has been borrowed for marketing purposes. Within the brand Sara Lee, nobody seems to have attributed physical characteristics to the borrowed name, so it's not possible to tell what ethnicity or age she is intended to be. However if you take the character Sara Lee to be completely based on the daughter of Charles Lubin, it seems likely that she is not black on the basis that her father is white.
