NO. You get seasick because your eyes are telling your brain you are keeping still and your ears are telling your brain that you are moving, it is this mis-match which makes you feel sick. However, if you are pregnant and feeling a little bit nauseated, then you go travelling (not necessarily by sea, a car can do it as well) you may feel much worse than you normally do.
If you are sick with nausea ,cramps then yes, but a cold or fever are not the sign of pregnancy.
yes they get sick
yes dogs can get sea sick but only a few dogs do
You can potentially get sea sick on any body of water.
Yes, a very few people got sea sick.
No, being sick or having a viral illness will not affect the results of a pregnancy test. ~pawsalmighty
Yes it is. There is no "normal in pregnancy". You will be sick one day and not again for weeks. You might not get sick until the last trimester. I was sick my whole pregnancy. My rule that I lived with.....if you aren't bleeding, leaking fluid or in a lot of pain, it is prolly normal pregnancy symptoms. If you have any questions you can always ask your doctor. Don't be afraid to ask questions

Yes. Take a pregnancy test if you miss your period
Many women are sick during pregnancy - if you are lucky you won't suffer from morning sickness.
You differentiate pregnancy nausea from non-pregnancy nausea by taking a pregnancy test. And if it comes out negative your "not" pregnant.
