Yes. Provided they are not very private thoughts. Sharing positive things with other people will brighten-up their day and in turn will brighten-up yours when you feel good knowing that you've done good. Just don't share them with people who are negative. They may put a bad spin on your good thoughts and ruin them for you. Because those people suck!
