Honestly I think its a bit stupid that you think a shark is a whale. A shark is a cartilaginous fish that is in no way a whale. This is because whales are mammals, whales breathe air, whales have horizontal tail fins, whales don't have a cartilaginous skeleton and so many other reasons that I can even be bothered to list them. Buy any children's animal encyclopedia with a section on sharks and it will say that a shark is a fish and in no way anything like a whale.
