Yes woman are allowed to use razor blades as well as men allowed to use them. In Islam the removal of eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair on the head is not allowed for woman.(They may cut their hair to shorten it, but should do it with the permission of their husband/father.) Men may not cut their beards, eyelashes, and eyebrows. Every other hair on the body is permissible to cut. Yes, Muslim women are allowed to use blade (or razor) and to remove hair under their arms and their private parts. However, they are not allowed to modify their eyebrows or eyelashes unless having abnormal problems in their nature.
