I hope not, because salvation is needed from God through Christ by everyone, because we have sinned we would be judged even for one sin and would not be worthy of heaven on our own. If you do good, your sin from before still can never be forgiven without Christ, who stood in our place to take the punishment of our sins, which is death. We need more than belief that God exists. We need salvation to get into heaven.
