Shockwave is most horrible thing for your computer ever. I downloaded it and after I played what ever game I wanted for a hour they asked me if I wanted to buy it and ofcourse I did and right after they got my money the game started messing up. Then I couldn't select anything. When I clicked on internet noting popped up. One by one my access to things were becoming limited. After I couldn't access anything my computer froze a lot, shut down a lot, and we had to take it to the computer people and it took them almost 4 months just to fix it. When we FINALLY got our computer back all my game records and other stuff was washed away. I had nothing. To this day I vow to never ,ever, ever again, in my life, not even if my life depended on it . . . Ok I would download it if my life depeneded on it but I think you get the point, never download Shockwave.
It travels at the speed of sound, which varies at different altitudes.

did u try installing shockwave?
One does not need Shockwave Player for everyday computer use. However, it is needed for many high speed video games and media rich presentations. If a computer doesn't have it pre-installed, it can be downloaded from Adobe.
