They call it woohoo however, The only thing you see is the Sims going under the covers of their bed and the covers moving around a bit. It also has some violence. The Sims 3 Late Night expansion pack has drinking references as well. If you are worried that it will give your computer a virus, then no, it will not. It does take up a lot of space on your computer for saves and updates, and it glitches a lot, but overall, it's a very fun, creative game.
