no , you're not driving , you're Skateboarding. That shouldn't be a violation by all means
If you are on probation and are violated for anything at all you cannot bail on a probation hold i know cause ive been through county and prison systems if you catch a case on a felony you will automatically violate but if they serve you 6months for the violation and your still fighting your controlling case when your violation ends youll be able to bail
In Winnebago County, Illinois I was faced with the same situation. I discussed it with my probation officer before the test and found that if I had a dirty test I would have my probation violated, and that means go back to court and have probation vacated to get all the time that I was suppose to serve. But also he told me that I could admit to the dirty test and not have to take it, and three admittances means an violation worthy of getting my probation vacated. So my suggestion is to admit it and not go through testing dirty.
To start, this must be approved by your probation officer. If your probation officer will not approve it you can not leave. If your probation officer will approve it, they will need to request that the probation department of another state accept you for probation supervision in their state. Your current probation officer will have to request this through a process called "Interstate Compact." If and when another state accepts you, you will be assigned a new probation officer in your new state. There are potential complications if you are approved as well. The judge from the state that convicted you has little power to enforce the terms of your probation agreement. That means the probation department in the state you move to can impose any conditions that they consider to be appropriate. For example, if a Judge in the state that convicted you did not require a treatment program for your offense the new states probation department may or they may make your live miserable in other ways by imposing restrictions that make it difficult do do almost anything at all. When they impose these restrictions there is little you can do about it because they will not take orders from your home state judge since it is out of their jurisdiction. If you are considering moving out of state while on probation and without approval, I would highly advise against that. This would be a violation of your probation and would likely get you arrested.
Vert skateboarding was much more popular in the early through late eighties until street skateboarding began to rise in popularity in the early nineties. Skateboarding is much more popular presently than it was in the legacy years of the seventies and eighties. Both vert and street skating have a healthy following to date.
Yes, it is a moving violation.
yeah they did-i mean Bill and Tom did. They talked about violation through the animals.
Of course they are counted. There would be no sense in going through the expense of sending them out if they weren't going to be counted.
It is possible for a warrant for breach of probation to be issued after a background check was conducted if the individual violated their probation conditions after the check was done. Warrants can be issued at any time if someone violates the terms of their probation, regardless of when the background check was conducted.
No. Obligations to the government cannot be discharged through bankruptcy action.
Probation offices typically test for drugs, alcohol, and sometimes other substances through random drug testing to monitor compliance with probation conditions. These tests help ensure that individuals are maintaining sobriety and following the requirements of their probation.

I went through this recently. I was stopped for a .04 BAC (half the legal limit) about 2 yrs ago but it was 1.5 months before my 21st birthday so I was given a DWAI- not the crime version- the 'traffic violation' version. being under 21, I had to serve a 1 year revocation of my license- the first year i had a bad lawyer who missed a lot of court dates hence the delay. basically, a probation is something that says that if you are stopped for a MOVING violation-- lane change, accident of which you are at fault, etc. they can pull your license and you'll have to re-apply later. For me, the probationary period is 6 months, but my lawyer says that as long as I'm sober they won't take my license away. you're fine if the ticket is a parking tag or a fused light... it has to be a MOVING violation for them to consider taking away your license. Most likely they won't take your driving rights away if you are stopped during a license probation period, but as with most things, it's better to be safe rather than sorry. don't drive haphazardly for a little while... once you get past that probation date, they can't just take your license as they choose. going through the 6 mo. or 1 yr. safely pays for itself.... if they decide to pull your license, it will take MUCH longer than that.
