yes, smarticle means smart in a cool way.i say it all the time. just dont say it in front of a teacher!!my teach told me that. Actually smarticle is a slang word. But that doesn't mean it's not real! It really depends on your definition of real. Example: Your imaginary friend is not real, but the idea is. So "Smarticle" is not a real word in the English language, but it can be written as one.
