I do it and honestly the worse that has happened to me was a sore throat from accidentaly getting it down my throat. I personally don't think it is bad if u keep it in ur mouth (no homo) but I'm not a doctor. I'm just a smarties dealer and addict

∙ 12y agoNot if you are doing it right. If you are inhaling it and letting it go to your lungs you aren't doing it correctly. You just breathe the smarties into your mouth and breathe it right back out.
