im 13 and i smoke them for fun. its only safe if u smoke smarties the right way. if you breath the smarties powder into your lungs the crystals will cuts you lungs like razorblades. but if you suck the powder into your mouth like a kiss with your mouth open or like sucking a straw. you will know if your doing it right if you dont cough while suck in the smarties :P hope i helped cuz if u do it right its safe and its has a badass effect :D

Sugar I believe can't stick to your lungs and for all of the people that smoke smarties don't breath the sugar in past your mouth or it will get in your lungs and from what I read nowone nows if it can kill you or not but my advise to you is just don't let any sugar in your lungs because it's not worth it and don't smoke smarties until u can handle it.
