to smoke smarties you have to open one end of the smarties package and light the other end and then suck in the air.
if this doesnt work then try putting some lighter fluid on the end not touching your mouth that should fix the problem. you can also snort smarties by crushing them it a fine powder and use a straw to snort them.

Do sugar stick to your lungs?
Sugar I believe can't stick to your lungs and for all of the people that smoke smarties don't breath the sugar in past your mouth or it will get in your lungs and from what I read nowone nows if it can kill you or not but my advise to you is just don't let any sugar in your lungs because it's not worth it and don't smoke smarties until u can handle it.
