Bow Wow was brought out by Snoop Dogg, but all he talks about is love songs. and Lloyd Banks is just another East Coast rapper like 50 Cent. Snoop Dogg basically created the whole persona of being a gangster with the other Death Row artists, is the biggest West Coast Hip-Hop artist and has one of the biggest empires in Hip-Hop. So he is (or is one of) the best rapper of all time.
