it depends how u ask the question. In some countries youre aloud to hunt in others you aren't. Somethimes you're aloud to hunt on specific areas and others have barbed wire saying "NO HUNTING" If you do hunt in a specific area that does not let you hunt you can be arrested and fined. One of my friends killed a moose and he was arrested for 8 years.
