Depends on what you mean.

Sound need an atmosphere to travel through, and the moon hasn't got one - so no sound "outside".

If you're standing on the surface of the moon in a space suit, watching a rock fall you wouldn't hear a thing.

OTOH if there's a radio in your space suit, you'd hear that one just fine. Inside the helmet there'd be an atmosphere that would carry sound.
