Simply speaking, no.
There are technically three separate Spider-Man film series. Each one has no more than three movies in the series.
The first of the series is the CBS Television Movies series. The movies included in this one are "The Amazing Spider-Man" (1977), "Spider-Man Strikes Back" (1978), and "Spider-Man : The Dragon's Challenge". They were made for TV movies, and were set around their live action television series about Spider-Man. They were panned, both critically and by the fans.
The next is the Raimi Spider-Man films, better known as the series that gave us Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man. The first film, "Spider-Man" was released in 2002, followed up with "Spider-Man 2" in 2004, and "Spider-Man 3" in 2007. Despite "Spider-Man 3" not being well received by both fans and critics, the box office revenue was enough to green-light a 4th, 5th and 6th installments. However, once production on the fourth film began, disagreements between Sony studios and director Raimi caused the film to be cancelled in January 2010.
The third series is the Webb Spider-Man Film series. The first was "The Amazing Spider-Man" (2012) followed by "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" (2014). The release of another film was greenlighted, but it has been pushed back to at least late 2018 and the star of this franchise, Andrew Garfield, was fired from these films.
Since the Spider-Man series got rebooted, there will be no Spider-Man 5.
