There are many good franchises available. The benefit of owning a Subway, is that you have brand recognition right away....but the three most important parts of owning a business that requires people to find you is Location, Location, Location. Also, beware of buying into a franchise in this economic recession....look at your surrounding area and customer base.....can they afford a sub?
