The current situation requires a product that deals with the problems caused by various mouth fresheners that are toxic and unhealthy to consume. A mouth freshener should be: Sugar-free: Mouth freshener products are loaded with sugar. We need a sugar-free alternative in this product range to fight the problems caused by high sugar levels in certain products Non-alcoholic: Alcohol causes dry mouth spells and it increases the chances of developing a bad breath hence we need an alcohol-free mouth freshener Non-toxic ingredients: A mouth freshener must be made up of non-toxic materials which would not cause addiction and any kinds of health issues.
This seems to depend on the type of leaves and bark given to the sugar glider, and of course the individual sugar glider. My own gliders love eucalyptus leaves, but I know of many gliders that do not. Before you attempt to introduce any sort of leaves and bark to your sugar gliders, please be sure that it is not toxic, and that it has been properly cared for (no pesticides).

Sulfur is not poisonous to humans, but it is toxic to bacteria. However, it may cause irritation to your eyes and mouth.
Yes, Bromine is toxic

It is very toxic
The question is toxic to what. Not all chemicals which are toxic to humans are toxic to bacteria, and some chemicals which are toxic to bacteria are harmless to humans (which is why we can have antibiotics). There are chemicals (like Hydrogen Sulfide) which are very toxic to mammals that SOME bacteria eat as food. But there are other chemicals like chlorine which are toxic to both humans and bacteria. So the question does not have a simple answer.
